Maintenance manager, for the completed buildings during the DLP, handing over process from the contractors/ sub contractors, snagging and handing over units to the end users, solving the technical issues, suggesting modifications if required.
my duty is to lead the evaluation team to specify the actual situation of the project and after the evaluation done and report submitted I am now assistant resident engineer for the project and MEP team manager. Following up outstanding works, snagging-Desnagging, inspections, SD and AB drawings review and approval and controlling the handing over process to the related government’s authorities.
