Al-Inma Bank - HQ Project - Al-Yasmin - Riyadh
 Scope: site work preparation (field soil test, site mobilization, site coordination, site dewatering, etc.). and takeover report.
 Site work starting (back filling, soil compaction test, blinding concrete, underground waterproofing, steel reinforcement
guiding and handing over, raft handing over and pouring, etc.).
 Obtaining consultant Approval for subcontractors (Waterproofing, ready mix concrete, steel reinforcement. Shuttering and
pouring, etc.) and materials (waterproofing, block, etc.).
Key Contributions:
 Carry out instrumental checks in accordance with the agreed guidelines and schedule.
 Provide engineering expertise and support to the project team and ensure implementation of all engineering controls.
 Produce risk assessments for safe execution of all items in the site.
 Promote and establish safe working cultures comply with company procedures and legal obligations.
 Deal with any actual or potential problems with resources promptly liaising with project`s client and consultant where it is necessary.
 Supervise a team of site Engineers (2 site Engineers) and Foremen and coordinate with other project teams to make sure that the work as per required.

• Scope: site work preparation (field soil test, site mobilization, site coordination points, zero level point, etc.). and takeover report.
• Solicitation for quotations for project items (excavation and back-filling, waterproofing, masonry work, etc.).
• Obtaining consultant Approval for subcontractors (Waterproofing, ready mix concrete, precast work, etc.) and materials (waterproofing, block, etc.).
Key Contributions:
• Driving project excellence by providing site preparation recommendations to enhance project value, ensuring efficient use of project resources with overall accountability for all technical project deliverables in alignment with the quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinating with site stakeholders and consultants, conducting project engineering reviews/meetings, studies, and site investigations in addition to reviewing site works and approving materials.
• Conducting site work inspections to ensure contractor compliance to specs, implementing effective QA/QC measures, and managing value engineering and variation order procedures.
• Empowering and inspiring contractor team to achieve project success; immediately solving problems in consideration of appropriate alternatives, developing execution strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking for successful completion through coordination of efforts with co-workers for daily site operations.
• Managing reports and documents, schedules, staffing, and resolution of complex issues while maintaining cordial relations with contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.

Project to Credit:
Long Term care facility - King Saud University Endowment
• Scope: Responsible for foundation and column strengthening in the basement; precast slab fixing at the upper floor and carbon fiber strengthening for hollow core slabs and carrying beams in all buildings.
• In charge of finishing work for Hosna Care Hospital comprising of plastering, wall tiles and marble fixing, ceiling work, varnishing, white and color washing or distempering.

Key Contributions:
• Offered technical advice and construction leadership on projects; monitored the project site from scope, drawing, site approvals, and permits as well as engineering activities until final execution.
• Implemented and refined a uniform and effective system for project execution. Developed project baselines schedule, monitored & controlled project sites by preparing & sending daily progress reports to higher management concerning the daily progress of Project works, resource deployment, time over-runs, and quality compliances.
• Provided civil engineering expertise and participated in the processes of ensuring the engineering/designing of all facilities is safe to construct and implementing modification/improvement.
• Reviewed construction plans, specifications, and schedules; monitored the quality of material and installation of work, ensuring drawing for technical accuracy and provided project success.

Riyadh Metro Project (4G1 Station King Khalid Airport)
• Scope: Site work for shuttering and steel reinforcement for raft foundation, high-rise Retaining walls, and roof slabs in (4G1 Metro Riyadh Station).
• PERI shuttering assembling (fixing and supervising) for (12 m) height to carry 1.5 m Thickness cast in situ slabs in the Metro project.
• Full site concrete work in SANG project starting from excavation, and concrete work, to all concrete treatment work in all poured items.
Saudi Arabian National Guard (Internal Security force school)
• Scope: Lead the underground utility preparation (Excavation for Electrical and sewage main lines, back filling, etc.) and r underground concrete work (Manholes, substation rooms, light pole foundations, etc.).
• Supervising the Asphalt work on the site.
Key Contributions:
• Managed the whole spectrum of site activities, reviewed and finalized documentation, methods statements, and drawings, and conducted value engineering exercises.
• Compiled and reviewed resources; established work plan and staffing for each phase of site activities and prepared the construction schedules, prepared to lift plans for all cranes and lifting equipment, prepared site monthly progress reports, and updated the work progress reports periodically.
• Collected metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) and reported on project progress to the project manager along with required documentation.
• Managed budgets, schedules, staffing, resolution of complex issues, relations with contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Enforced strict quality control for the work on the site and handing over all work properly for the next contractor
