My current roles and responsibility are and not limited to the below:
• Managing IT Projects from Initiation to Closure.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables and Design Project Plans with Project Team and Sponsor.
• Communicate clearly the project outcomes to Project Team and Project Sponsor.
• Lead and motivate project team to complete their tasks.
• Monitor the progress of the project and tasks completion and update the project Schedule.
• Conduct risk assessment sessions and reflect identified high risks in the project plan.
• Escalate project critical issues and risks to upper management to mitigate or eliminate the issues and risks.

1- Reorganization the work in the IT Department and put the roles for the department, like life cycle management and build department structure.
2- Build the templates for documentation that are used in the project life cycle.
3- Review all requests that comes from the Attaché and filter them to change requests or bugs.
4- Analyze the change requests by using the Business Requirements Specifications (BRS).
My responsibilities were as follows:

My responsibilities were as follows:

3- Perform the following testing types: GUI, Functionality, System, Regression, Installation, and Sanity. And report the resulted bugs using custom-made Bug Reporting System.
4- Analysis of several systems (UNI-System, Mail Room, Violations): write the Business, Process and Use Cases documents for the applications.
5- Deploy the MOF (Microsoft Operation Framework), (be the owner of three solutions from Roadmap Execution in the Saudi post), which is provides operational guidance that helps organizations to achieve mission-critical system reliability, availability, supportability, and manageability with Microsoft products and technologies.
6- Deploy the MSF (Microsoft Solution Framework): which is a set of principles, models, disciplines, concepts, and guidelines for delivering information technology solutions from Microsoft. Using the TFS (Team Foundation Server) and Visual Studio Team System (Contain four editions: Architecture, Design, Development, Database development and Testing of applications).
My responsibilities were as follows:
Preparation of Test Cases.
Perform the following testing types: GUI, Functionality, System, Regression, Installation, and Sanity. And report the resulted bugs using custom-made Bug Reporting System.
Preparation Use Cases for Tasks.
Business Analyst.
GAB Analysis.
Deploying the HGS.NET package, this is the HASIB Government System, developed under .Net language in many of ministries in the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia. And Perform the following actions for "Financial System (النظام المالي)" and "Input / Output Files System (نظام الصادر والوارد)":
Testing the system.
GAB Analysis.
Write Use Cases for some Tasks.
Deploying the system in many of Government Institution.
Give many presentations about the system for many customers.
Be the Cornerstone in the QA department, which consists from 4 sections: Planning, Quality Assurance, Documentation and R&D. Currently, I was working as QA Tester title, plus Work as a Web design (web master)
Main Responsibility
My responsibilities were as follows:

Preparation of Test Cases.
Perform the following testing types: GUI, Functionality, System, Regression, Installation, and Sanity. And report the resulted bugs using custom-made Bug Reporting System.
Prepare User Manuals for the systems.
Working in the following fields: ERP Package, Banking (e-Banking) and Health Insurance. And Perform the following actions:
Prepare the test cases and handle the testing responsibility.
Write the user manual that related to this part.
