Project Nature: - Mainly involved in the construction of Airbase,
Stadium & Airport Project, Metro, Hotel & Towers with Civil, MEP, Fit outs and
Interior Design.
• Leads & finalize all activities related to contractual, legal, commercial issues
related to subcontracts, suppliers, client, MOU & JV.
• Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost
reductions and process simplification.
• Prepare Subcontracts & suppliers Agreement and draft contractual terms.
• Preparing the Bid Letter, coordinating procurement process of Clinet,
Consultants, Contractors/ Sub/ Vendors.
• Manage purchasing/Subcontracts price negotiation, terms, schedules,
guidance& risk assessment to cost saving& new proposals
• Ensure that all contractual and legal matters related to the projects are dealt
with properly and promptly
• Establish new relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure
adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and
quality of work.
• Manage the centralize Procurement Department with strategic
• RFPs Preparation, Tender Documents, Mid-tender meetings and
• Evaluating & researching Supply chain locally and internationally
• Monitor Material Procurement activities for the project under his control and
ensure that all materials are submitted, approved, ordered and delivered in
accordance with project time schedule
• Posting awards, administering contracts and monitoring consultants and
contractors performance & conformance to commercial terms
Infrastructure & Rods works and High-speed Rail Link,
Including utility Networks, Airport, Railways and Buildings.
• Preparation of contracts Documents incorporating with the effect of all
negations and finalization.
• Liaise with Project Directors and attend Tender procedures and prepare Tender
Reports.
• Prepare evaluations/ cost projections of the assignment to meet requirements
of works in progress
• Prepare award of contracts, checks contract documents as well as make
recommendations of contractor’s valuations.
• Coordinate warranties, performance bonds and insurance and ensuring that
they are in place in accordance with the main contract and any subcontract
conditions
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in
order to determine product availability and terms of sales
