CMD provides support to all Material, equipment, spare parts and other operational process requirements for the plant.
Ensure all materials are received as per the standards and specifications of SABIC meeting all criteria of quality and quantity along with the test certificates, if not rejected.
Follow up with the vendors and make sure the material will be delivered as per the delivery date mentioned in the Purchase order (PO).
Material receiving and related inspection activities are done and recorded and providing support to GR preparation.
Have user level involvement in SAP MM module and MDRM (Material data record manager).
Stocking item are monitored based on requirement, storage constraints, availability etc. the MRP is calculated (Re-Order Point, Min-Max Stock Level etc.)
Process all the Street Buying request (SBR) (local urgent purchases) and arrange the delivery based on the requirement criticality.
Periodical reports are submitted to higher management for reviewing the job progress.
Attend meetings to determine work progress, problems regarding material delivery, coordinate actions inside the warehouse and plan & anticipate future requirements.
Working in close association with the vendor, for making sure the received material is same as the requested one. If any changes OEM documents confirming material must be submitted.
Any updates in the received material should be updated on SAP/ MDRM for future reference.
Review construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Requesting for quotations (RFQ) from sub-contractors and suppliers based on PR for tendering jobs and required materials.
Prepare purchase orders (PO), after TE (Technical Evaluation approval) for the accepted vendor and expedite the delivery of material / services.
Ensured the availability of spare parts by planning their stock levels, ordering from suitable vendor and following up with the purchase cycle.
Work in close association with Principals (OEM) of represented products for procurement & engineering activities.
Negotiates the lowest possible cost for the commodity balanced against the optimum quality and schedule needs.
Logistic department/Freight forwarder/Custom clearance department coordination and ensuring material availability.
Supporting Sales team with preparation of quotations, proposals, schematic drawings and presentations for marketing purposes.
Preparation of Bill of quantities, submit utility interconnection applications and permits, as required.
Conduct site surveys for the pre-bid and post- bid activities.
Prepare forecasts and inventories for reports to the company management team and weekly and monthly material report publishing.
Collaborate with Solar PV Project Engineers and Development Managers to provide project support for development, design and cost estimation activities.
Visit project sites to assess and document site dimensions, electrical systems, PV array location and utility interconnection options.
Reviewing and diagrams to the designers for the preparation of key Solar PV layouts and Electrical one-line diagrams in Auto CAD.
Conduct feasibility studies for both ground mounted and roof mounted solar PV projects. Work scope includes detailed site inspection, arranging materials, design and develops preliminary and final system layout and/or PV System and system specs/construction scopes of work, provide design assistance and develop project costs.
Familiar with the theories and practical applications of electrical power systems & prepared reports and compiled data for Electrical projects.
Handled the quotations and coordinated with the external vendors for project execution and participated in various technical meetings.
Under the direction of Manager, primarily responsible in planning, organizing, directing and controlling electrical maintenance repair and service works in the safest, efficient method of supervision.
Responsible in handling department’s quality documents, manuals, and procedures for purpose of updating revisions or amendments.
Developing a Schedule plan and control for handling complete field services including preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance, testing, inspection, servicing and repair of electrical equipment.

Hands on the operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructures such as Transformers (Medium voltage), Switchgear (Medium and low voltage), Instrument transformers (CT & VT), Battery banks, UPS, Distribution boards, Generators etc.
Supervised and supported a team responsible for Testing and commissioning of electrical equipment’s, Medium voltage Cable termination and Transformer Oil filtration process.
Testing of MV/LV switchgears from local to remote end. Checking schematic / single line diagram of circuits.
Performing test for Circuit breakers (Insulation resistance, Contact Resistance, Timing tests and Trip tests).
High voltage with stand test for Bus bar in switchgear as per the client standards.
Testing of medium voltage cables 34.5 kV, 13.8 kV (DC High voltage withstand test and Very low frequency AC High voltage with standing test.
Installation of medium voltage switchgear (SIEMENS NX AIR13.8 kV) and specially designed bus ducts.
Creation of maintenance procedures and supervising engineering and technical staff for repairing equipment on time.
Plan and provide emergency breakdown work for replacement / repair / testing of any equipment.
Collaborated with designated supervisors to meet schedule requirements without disturbing operations with power disruptions.
Confirmed that safety regulations were fully implemented at project sites and made regular visit to each site to confirm that applicable standards were being followed.
