- Preparing maintenance schedule for Cold Rolling Mill, Pickling Process Line, Acid Regeneration Plant, Roll Grinding Machine and Hot Rolled Slitter.
- Planning resource to execute Preventive Maintenance and sharing PM compliance report on monthly basis.
- Coordinating and aligning cross functional team for shutdown, Preventive and other maintenance job.

- Root cause analysis for the deviation of Energy Consumption w.r.t. to Energy Targets.
Spare Management-
- Ensuring availability of spares and inventory control.
- Implementing ideas regarding design and modification of existing equipment /spares for improved benefits.
- Reducing inventory through analysis and acting on non moving items.
- Negotiating with vendors, suppliers and service providers.
People Management-
- Preparing shift schedule
- Allocating resources, manpower based on the skill and competency.
- Conducting skill assessment for subordinates, and identifying area of improvement.

Safety-

- Wonderware Intouch SCADA and ABB Process Panel Designing and Configuration.
