Project is consists of four towers (20 & 24 floors with 5 basements) and other seven buildings ( R&D building, Incubator building, Electronic Library building, Central Services building, Health Club and Clinic building and Mosque). All buildings are with full facilities of MEP systems.
Reporting to Project Manager, Monitoring, controlling and issuing instruction to engineers and inspectors, coordinating with other disciplines and HSE.

My responsibility to supervise, inspect, commissioned and test MV switchgear, transformers, generators, Distribution panel boards, Earthing & low current systems e.g. fire alarm, security, communication systems, EIB lighting control system. To review and response to technical query raised by contractor. Review of percentage completion and progress invoices. Issuing job site instructions and NCRs, field memos, monitoring of manpower to achieve target dates, review and monitoring of Master Schedule of completion, procurement schedules and progress / activity schedules, Coordination with BMS system to integrate all system at single workstation
Coordination with mechanical services, structures, architecture and HSE
Monitoring of work progress and quality assurance procedures, procurement procedures, delivery of material at site, manpower availability etc.
Laisning with client and contractor, negotiation of change orders and variation orders

Project was a huge residential project by Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Company consisting of different types of residential villas and multi storey buildings, two MV (GIS) substation, pumping station for water supply and drainage, over bridges with facilities of school, hospital, and civil defense facilities.
Coordinate work to meet Project goals, while directing the work of the designers on behalf of the client. Over look the design team, provide engineering solution.
Act as a project team leader controlling all aspect of the works including Planning, administration, engineering, commercial, site execution works, documentation and hand over to the client.
Coordination and interaction with client and clearing of all engineering issues, resolving engineering disputes between client and contractors and sub-contractors

My responsibility to follow up quality control; review of methods statement; review of material submittal; participation in weekly system representation, progress meeting and procurement meetings; review of all technical query and response to it; issuing instruction to sub ordinates for quality control at site, preparation of non confirmation report and review of remedy proposal from contractor; review of test schedule for power system of buildings, witness to electrical tests, preparation of snag list, participation in substantial completion of systems building by building and handover it to client.

e) Preparing inquiry for materials, review of offer, preparation of comparison statement, negotiation with suppliers and preparing LOI / P.O. after finalization.
f) Inspection of delivered material, its storage and supply to the contractor at required time.
g) Monitoring of Contractors activity.
h) Co - ordination with Contractors and Consultants.
i) Monitoring and attending routine inspection and conducting inspection as per Contractors RFI.

The Centria mall building was fully facilitated with all system of electro-mechanical systems and having two sub station having four transformer of 1000KVA each, four chillers of 300TR capacity. All electro-mechanical systems (lighting and power distribution, UPS power supply, fire alarm system, MATV, CCTV, sound system, data network, telephone network, Access control, water services-supply, drainage and storm water, HVAC, Chilled water system, fire fighting system and BMS) were installed. Apart from these building was facilitated with standby generator, Reverse Osmosis unit of 100 cubic meters per day, window cleaner machine, elevator and escalators. Apart from these I was also involve in approval of design for new coming projects.

Responsibility
Worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Prince Fahad Bin Sultan Falcon Center at Salboukh Road, my main responsibility was as follows:-
a) Preparation of Budget for the project and preparation of drawing and materials schedule.
b) Preparation of workshop drawing and extracting bill of materials accordingly and to get approval of drawings & materials.
