Duties and Responsibilities for Piping & welding:-
• Review project specification, ITP, QCP & all procedures to understand their scope and to prepare to carry out inspections to client Site construction procedure etc
• Inspection activities in MTC review, Welding procedures and welder qualifications, welding, NDE Testing, PWHT, , Radiographic film review, Dimensional Checks, Review of test packs and Hydrostatic testing, Air blowing, Independent quality integrity verification and documentation reviews.
• Monitoring over all welding in the field / workshop with respect to the correct usage and application of the WPS
• Carries out monitoring and final inspections as required by approved ITP & QCP.

Duties and responsibilities for Mechanical Equipments:
 Review of QCP, ITP, Engineering drawings, Procedures and Method of statement for the project
 My areas of expertise are Preservation, Installation, Inspection & Verification of Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment, Vessel Internals, Structural, etc.
 Experienced in verification of ITP, QCP, Method Statements, NCR, etc for the Installation & Inspection of Equipment.
 Installation & Inspection for Static Equipment include Padding, Elevation, Position, Orientation, Verticality, Levelness, Platform & ladder, Vessel Internal work, Leak Testing, etc.
 Perform inspection "internal & external" and condition assessment of the existing plant stationary equipment, piping and structures.
 Issue independent inspection report for the findings.
 Develop independent technical repair procedures for plant related problems and ensure execution of the repair as per procedure.
 Responsible for timely providing specialist engineering skills for plant problems such as study the root cause, analyze and recommend.
 Prepare & issue technical inspection reports after site visits in the field for the plant equipment, piping and structures.
 Ensuring timely executions of the inspection tasks as per company procedures, standards and schedules.
 Prepare inspection list for the plant turnaround activities and attend vessel internal inspection and all plant turn around inspection activities including rotary equipment.
