Responsible in Annual Maintenance Contract Renewals, Tender proposals and Quotations for Networking Support (Juniper, Cisco, AVAYA-Nortel, f5, Bluecoat, Palo Alto, Aruba, etc...) as requested by customers
Files and records opportunities and proposals Submitted, Contracts and Purchase Orders from the customers..
Follows up with the status of proposals sent to the customers.
Processes Purchase Orders.
Coordinating and Negotiating with suppliers.
Responsible in Creating Purchase orders and filtering best offers from Local Distributors/ Suppliers .
Assisting sales account managers with new opportunities.
Operations:
First level support Provide 1st level support for all hardware and software problems reported, documenting problems and solutions as required.
Escalate and route complex or unsolved problems to second level support specialists.
Assist the Team, where applicable, in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Follows up on faulty hardware and software purchases by pursuing warranty advantage through distributors and manufacturers. Eg. Cisco, Juniper, Nortel Avaya, Bluecoat, RSA.. etc
Ensures and follow up on updates regarding software, hardware and network installs, re-installs, upgrades, moves, changes and relocations are made when necessary and as required.
Assist on projects or special initiatives as assigned.
Troubleshooting and solving software and hardware technical problems through establish methods and
procedures;
Providing solution and addressing customer’s concerns;
Assisting customer’s in How-to questions;
Upselling based on what the customer needs for the success of their business;
Documentation of each escalated issues and incidents;
