assisting procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, icd, arterial line insertion, femoral/dialysis catheterization, giving feeding through ngt, PEG, or via feeding pump, giving narcotic, high alert and controlled / semi-controlled medications, providing bed bath, suctioning, wound dressing, cannulation.

shifting, discharging, and giving home instructions.

Assesses, Plans, Implements and Evaluates the nursing care and provide
client education.
Perform nursing care in response to client's needs supported by nursing
knowledge and research.
Perform nursing practices based on BSH policies and procedures.
Keeping, maintaining and updating records of the client's care.
Knowledge and skill in clinical practice and procedures.
Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality care.
Closely monitors client with 1:2 nurse - patient ratio. Caring for clients
on ventilator, Tracheostomy and Endotracheal tube, client with Central
line, Arterial lines, and post- surgical drain, safe drug administration,
infusion therapy, electrolyte replacement.
Assists in procedures such as insertion of central, arterial and femoral
line, intubation, tracheostomy creation and decanulation.
Drawing ABG's and other lab investigations, interpreting and relaying
result for proper medical management.
