• RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP A BIM PROJECT IN A REVIT ENVIRONMENT (STRATEGY & EXECUTION) • RESPONSIBLE FOR BIM 360 PROJECT SET-UP AND MANAGEMENT • ENSURE THAT THE TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF THE DESIGN WORK COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS. • RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE PROJECT PLAN AND ENSURING ALL ITEMS OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES ARE DELIVERED ON TIME. • RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION AND MAINTAINING TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE ON ALL PROJECTS. • ENSURE THE OPERATIONAL STANDARDS ARE UNDERSTOOD, ADHERED TO, AND MAINTAINED BY JOB CAPTAINS AND ARCHITECTS. THE QMS DRAWING CHECKLISTS ARE TO BE MAINTAINED AND CHECKED REGULARLY. • ENSURE DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION ARE CAREFULLY COORDINATED WITH SUB-CONSULTANTS PRIOR TO SUBMISSIONS. • RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATING ALL ASPECTS OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES TO PRINCIPAL/LEAD ARCHITECTS AND ARCHITECTS AND MANAGEMENT. • ASSIST LEAD WITH OVERALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT. • ENSURE SOFT AND HARD PROJECT FILES ARE MAINTAINED TO SSH STANDARDS • ATTEND MONTHLY TECHNICAL MEETINGS AND RESPOND TO ANY ACTIONS NOTED IN THE MINUTES. • RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUING ALL DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, DOCUMENTATION, ETC. ENSURING CORRECT PROCEDURES ARE IN ORDER AND ISSUE REGISTERS ARE TO DATE AND ACCURATE. • ASSIST THE COMPANY WIDE BIM TEAM IN MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING OFFICE TECHNICAL STANDARDS AND DETAILS FOLLOWING LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODES. • BECOME AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE BIM TECHNICAL TEAM AND ASSIST WITH DEVELOPING OTHERS BY ACTING AS A MENTOR
