Public relation officer:
- experienced PRO to manage the processing of all work permits, visas and labor cards pertaining to employees;
- initiate, process and complete all employment visas, work permits, labor contracts (new and renewal) and other employee transactions related to the immigration and labor office, for both internal staff and contract staff;
- complete departure and UAE exit formalities for employee associates after cancellation of visas;
- inform employees about their medical screening and biometrics collection appointments, visa processing timelines, and respond to any visa related queries;
- keep accurate records and copies of associates passport, visa and labor card;
- responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations, authorities and provide a key interface between the two, act as company representative for bank transactions, deposits etc.;
- provide quick, efficient and reliable services for miscellaneous jobs related to immigration and business licenses to the company, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations;
- monitor and renew employee residence permits;
- obtain new residence visas for dependents of employees;
- facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependents;
- facilitate obtaining and renewal of expatriates passports for employees and dependents;
- facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents;
- liaise with embassies, foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits, consulates, banks etc.;
- administer company and joint venture companies licenses and tax remittances with various UAE government authorities;
- provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other government related procedures;
- accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services;
- withdrawals, collection of cheques and delivery of invoices, as required etc.
