Coordinating the maintenance department and assign job to technicians as per the problem and requirement. Add details and update the ERP system.

 Providing coordination between the maintenance team and service supervisor and plan all maintenance activities.
 Overall coordination of all the maintenance and operational activities together with the, Maintenance team, service supervisor.
 To plan all maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, and corrective.
 To assure that during shift changes, all the necessary information is supplied to the next team to maintain or improve the team performance.
 Produce detail Monthly Maintenance Report to the Management consisting of team Availability, equipment Availability, and Equipment’s efficiency.
 Preparation of Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan for Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation.
 Ensure good working relationships in the maintenance teams.
