Industrial Equipments Installation & Maintenance Engineer.
- Taking responsibility for the project from inception to completion.
- Inspecting installation sites and study work orders, building plans and installation manuals to determine materials requirements and installation procedures.
- Managing the team of technicians, assigning and supervising the work.
- Checking the Scope of work, drawings and necessary permissions from various authorities.
- Coordinating with the client representatives, designers, consultants and contractors/subcontractors.
- Ensuring that the works are carried out to the required quality, within the required time frame and as per designs and specifications.
- Handling the coordination work between the Mechanical and Electrical work at site.
- Re-drawing and modifying the Mechanical and Electrical Drawings according to any design modification.
- Designing maintenance strategies including Master Maintenance Plan for more than 70 sites.
- Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.
- Diagnosing breakdown problems.
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance team.
- Carrying out quality inspections on jobs of Planned/Unplanned maintenance of existing properties.
