Withdraw well completion equipment from the stores according to well completion Program (single completion, single selective, dual, water injector, gas lift, ESP, sucker rods accessories in case beam pumping well),
•Plan logistics for work-over and completion operations and well intervention work.
•Supervise completion sub-assemblies making up, drifting and pressure test at the workshop.
•Keeping all data related to the sub-assemblies, pressure test charts, lengths, torques, sizes, drifts.
•Supervise maintenance of sucker rod pumping equipment (insert pump & tubing pump).
•Assemble, tighten and pressure test Christmas trees & circulation heads.
• Prepare all the required documents and deliver the equipment to well site.
•Supervise running completion operation at rig site (single, dual, suckerrod, ESP, PCP, gas lift, etc).
•ensure running completion equipment and all the related activities done as per safety policy,
•Manage completion equipment inventory levels and well service contracts.
•Prepare completion diagrams and end of well reports.
•Review well completion design and equipment failure analysis.
Rigless Operations:
•CT applications: Nitrogen lift, Acid Stimulation Job, Clean Out Operation, Cement And Sand Plugs Operations And ….Etc
•Electrical Cable Operations execute and interpretations Cased hole logs (PLT and TDT Survey, Well test survey… Etc), WSO
•Sucker Rod Pumping Operations (handling, installing and pulling)
•Well Test Optimizations (Well Natural Flow Test, Kick Off and early production Test Package handling and scheduling).
•Perforation programs well site and evaluate the results..
•Acid stimulation and scale treatments well site supervision and evaluates the results.
•Well Integrity operations, evaluations and recommendation the proper remedy and supervision application.
Workover supervisor
Duties and responsibilities:
- Running all types of Packers,
- Communication test and remedial cement job for zonal isolation
- Running / pulling (SR, ESP, PCP) Completions. Running/ Pulling Casing, Cementing,
Acidizing, Clean out, Drilling Cement plugs & Fishing Operations.
- Killing wells, pulling the exist old completion string and retrieved the stuck
Mechanical packers or seal assembly.
- Shut off the water invaded through pay zone perforated intervals.
- Conducting remedial operations for corrosion casing for the production and water injection wells.

plan, supervise and/or carry out a variety of duties relating to rig less operations, testing and stimulation to ensure optimization of oil/gas producing wells, water supply and water/gas injection wells. Provide technical support to field operations in the production of hydrocarbons and the efficient use of water and/or gas injection systems. Work embraces one or more oil and gas fields with processing facilities and more than 600 wells (oil producers, gas producers/injectors, water supply/injectors, water disposal, observers and exploration wells):
•Prepare programs for rig less operations, perforation, kick-off operation, stimulation and well testing to be carried out by service companies.
•Undertake rig less completion and testing of newly drilled/worked over wells.
•Prepare programs for various well tests such as multi-rate production/injection tests and isochronal/modified isochronal tests. Coordinates and supervises testing operations and carries out preliminary interpretation and evaluation of test results.
•Follow up and supervise all wireline work carried out by contractors. Down hole electronic memory results, as necessary and forwards to Abu Dhabi.
•Supervise production logging and carry out preliminary log interpretation and evaluation of test results.
•Monitor oil/gas producing and water injection wells performance. Investigates and diagnoses well problems and propose action requirements. Recommend workover for specific wells giving prognosis of each well and workover justification.
•Coordinate and supervise downhole equipment testing and maintenance.
•Review and evaluate water injection clusters performance and discuss the long term injection test with concerned engineers of other departments.
•Supervise trials of new surface and downhole equipment.
•Monitor and discuss the performance of installed production equipment (Xmas trees, chokes, SC-SSSV's, control panels, SSV's/ actuators).
•Participate in technical studies concerning water/gas injection and artificial lift projects, oil and gas operations, facilities optimization or modification, as assigned.
•Maintain comprehensive database on well history, oil/gas production, water production/ injection and gas injection statistics.
•Follow up on contractor service performance and adherence to safe work practices.
•Participate in the development of operating, reporting and recording procedures for oil, gas and water production/injection performance.
•Keep abreast of technological development in the field of corrosion mitigation & control engineering in the oil/ production industry and recommend their adoption by ADCO.
•Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
•Participate in the preparation of the department budget as applicable to production engineering.
•Participate in the training and development of assigned UAE national employees. Includes developing and implementing O-J-T programs, monitoring and reporting on progress and counseling employees as required.
•Know the company health, safety and environmental policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to my area of responsibility, and ensure that they are effectively implemented in my domain.
•Business planning and contracts budget forecasting.
Work over & completion engineer
