Responsibilities:
-Reports directly to the OPCOM, leads 6 member groups forming a team of 56, in JV to manage aviation fuel and supply service activity at RHIA- Rafic Harire International Airport to meet US$ 2 million budget in line with the set key performance indices
-Handle fuel flow from receipt to storage and up to passengers boarding aircraft to ensure efficient work flows to avoid any bottlenecks in operations
-Drive efforts to monitor fuel inventory to optimize inventory differentials and ensure compliance with customs formalities
-Manage all aspects of quality assurance that includes but is not limited to quality control & compliance, frame guidelines for policies & procedures to achieve service delivery standards
-Monitor day to day task performance & develop capability of workshop crew team operating hydrant, depot, and fuelling vehicles to ensure a differentiated, safety oriented, and high quality customer service experience
-Apply safety management system in operational activity in order to maintain satisfactory level of safety in airport facilities
-Implement maintenance programmes in installations, equipment, & vehicles to trouble shoot & guarantee smooth activity
-Arrange international or local inspections & audits to ensure prompt corrective action as a result of their findings
-Strictly comply with applicable aviation JIG standards, local and international airport regulations & standards as applicable for proper management of all station facilities, equipment, and activities; thereafter follow up with JIG online updates
-Develop, verify, & update quality procedures & safe work practices as necessary for proper functioning
-Undertake audit of work process to evaluate adherence to process standards and avoid wastage of JV resources
Explore opportunities to analyze and re-engineer business processes as well as highlight inefficiencies and support business units to redesign appropriate solutions
-Track allocated budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources and update the same to smoothly run the facilities
-Propose technical modifications as necessary to streamline activity and plan initiatives to improve process efficiency
-Supervise proper staff training to equip them with skills set to apply in work processes to increase productivity
-Conduct training needs analysis to design & facilitate staff training on quality management procedures, including document control, SOP training, and quality induction for new staff
--Coordinate manpower allocation for efficient distribution of staff across shifts in both entities
Communicate regular updates/ brief employees on changes made to the SOP/ training document
-Support validation of lab procedures, collect and analyze data, and perform routine documentation with periodic reviews and process audits
-Oversee KPI and service level agreement- SLA, define quality metrics/ balanced score card dashboard, & engage in quality analysis & audits across service channels/ business units
-Organise review meetings and report on progress against agreed KPI's across all business units to the leadership/ senior management team, additionally provide high visibility to major accomplishments

Responsibilities:
• Reported to the Proposal Manager, led a team of 3 engineers in coordination with other departments managers, to prepare all proposal documentation to bid for tenders & win contracts for EPC projects and as per the set key performance indicators
• Handled commercial correspondences with the client on engineering procurement and contracting in regional EPC projects
• Overseen project management & offered specialized Projects Management Services in Lebanon, developed check list, addressed technical queries, assumption & clarification, prepared method statement & CTR
• Supported piping department by identifying critical issues in piping and support design
• Addressed issues relating to steam distribution piping system & suggested immediate corrective action
• Arranged all project management and progress meetings with project team & client representatives and recorded minutes.

Achievements:
Spearheaded efforts to effectively complete & handover additional piping design modification as a safe bypass in order to facilitate work, save time and maintenance costs

-Reported to the cost control Manager, led a team of 6 employees and coordinate with site Managers, to assist in establishing project control budgets based on the approved project control estimate of client Petroleum Development Oman LLC, in line with set key performance matrices
-Finalise engineering and maintenance contract - EMC, South Oman
-Interfaced with all relevant project and discipline personnel to ensure setup of cost control procedures in a timely manner
-Produced regular cost reports, forecasted possible cost overruns, & advised management to take corrective action
-Provided integrated capabilities in operations & maintenance services, with support of substantial regional resource base in the Middle East

Responsibilities as Cost Control Engineer:
-Reported to the Project Manager & led a team of three employees with a junior cost control engineer to analyze major cost variances & advise on project management to respective site staff for timely corrective actions as per the defined key performance parameters.
-Issued cost report to managing office as well as issued productivity report on mechanical, civil, and E&I areas to control work performance

Responsibilities as Senior Piping Engineer:
-Reported to the Project Manager & led a team of 250 employees including 2 junior piping engineer to streamline all processes to control piping and support fabrication to
build Habshan 5 NGL process plant, Abu Dhabi, UAE in accordance with procedures, specifications, drawings, & schedule priorities and establish procedures as per the set key performance parameters
-As in Charge, interfaced with client GASCO, maintained proper documentation and control,
-Liaised with main contractors JTJV- JGC/ Tecnimont joint venture and other disciplines on site to resolve technical problems

Responsibilities as Field Mechanical Engineer
-Reported to the Project Manager & led a team of 180 worker, 10 supervisors & foremans, to supervise piping erection over pipe racks, and managed steel structural assembly/ installation of bridges & sub-racks in Shell PGTL project, Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar, for client Royal Dutch Shell Company to meet targets in line with the key performance objectives
-Coordinated with client representatives & monitored material delivery of all piping and structural materials
-Engaged in piping fabrication and welding of around 54000 inch diameter conforming to various material codes and heat numbers
-Acting as a section engineer allocated sufficient manpower, equipments and cranes while ensuring safe environment for workers by abiding to HSSE regulations to maintain record of incident and injury free work environment
-Interfaced with main contractor- KBR and JGC to align and test vendor piping and nozzle connections

Achievements:
-Successfully applied industry best practises to build the world’s largest of its kind gas to liquid plant, comprising upstream gas production facilities & GTL plant to produce 140, 000 barrels/ day
-As in charge, instrumental in deftly constructing 8 fabrication shops that involved structural frame assembly, cladding, ventilation & overhead crane erection, instrument & machines arrangements- bending, miller, plasma, rollers, cutting & welder machines; some miscellaneous work; & underground piping installation
-Made noteworthy contribution to fabricate 180 ton steel structure for ATC Air Traffic Control in Qatar Airport, including 4 buildings- radio receiver, transmitter, metrological, and passage way (Sep 2008- Jan 2009)
