. Research new prospects & contacts and generate sales leads. Travel frequently across GCC, Europe and Asia to maintain relationships with key consultants, contractors and end users.
. Guide the sales pursuit team, recommend pricing scheme and effective sales approach in for each market
. Lead the negotiations process on large size projects. Review and negotiate technical details, commercial terms & conditions and project scheduling.
. Perform and manage functional tasks and monitor contract management activities on key projects
. Generate reports and analyse market trends, business movements, competitors’ threats and customers retention rates. Develop strategy and growth plans in line with the company’s goals and objectives
. Set-up annual sales targets and profit expectations and work closely with sales team to achieve corporate revenue goals
. Lead and influence Sales managers in various Sales offices in GCC. Focus on sales volume, profitability
and growth percentage for each area office.
. Collect and distribute leads to sales team. Frequently participate in actual sales activities of large
projects or key account customers
. Manage all sales activities through the Customer Relationship Management application (CRM).
Generate reports and analyse market trends, business movements, competitors’ threats and customers
retention rates. Develop Strategic plans and effective sales approach in line with the company’s
goals and objectives.
. Set-up annual sales targets and profit expectations and work closely with sales team to achieve corporate
revenue goals
. Establish Key Performance Indicators and undertake staff performance review. Formulate sales
incentive plans for sales staff.
