 I have been working in Flow since 2015, started as storefront manager at IKEA store (6 months), I was responsible for controlling all customers’ delivery & assembly issues, setting dates, and following up damaged items.
 Then I transferred as troubleshooting team manager at Flow HUB (4 months), I was responsible for visiting the customers’ homes and take any damage items that the customer requested and replace it from IKEA store.

 I was managing a team of 6 employees, their job was to make new contracts with new companies to handle the shipments.

 Then got promoted to mentioned title and was nominated as Area Leader for 6 month, in the order section.
