lifting, Excavation, Work at High rise and work in closed places
(Authorized from Royal Authority).
Participating in engineering department for building Shop drawings &
communications Points and related Procedures.
Following up and Execute all Quality Assurance Procedure.
Follow the works at site and ensure it was done as specs.
Record and classify all documents for all The Project.
Preparing the weekly and monthly reports for the Project Activates
and compare with the time schedule.
Solve all illustrated problems during Preparation to the Project

•  Building the Wok Teams and determine the qualification of each member.
 Building the Quality system for QA/QC and Laboratory at site.
 Supervises and lead teams for inspections, reports and the documentation.
 Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
 Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure correct implementation of project guidelines, contracts and other related procedures.
 Preparing and Designs implementation strategies including
 Training, monitoring and improving of quality standards and performance.
 Review Method Statements for construction works at site.

Follow the Diaphragms wall Works and reports at site and submit to

Record and classify all quality documents for all The Project.

Checking with the Technical office all the shop Drawing works for the
Segment and Rebar Factories.
Preparing l.T.P for All Related Items related to concrete Works during
Execution of the Tunnels.
Check for Method Statements for construction works at site.
Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and

• Check and Review the Contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of
QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager of any deficiency.
• Ensure that all quality procedures and Quality Plan procedures are implemented in site.
• Review QA/QC and Implemented Procedures and Document Control as submitted by the
sub-Contractors and ensure implementation complies with Contract requirements in
respect of the format signed off by Contractors QA/QC Manager.
• Attend in all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in
respect of the format signed off by sub - Contractors.
• Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with
approved materials and specification.
• Closely monitor site activities and fully coordinate with PM discipline engineers on a
daily basis issuing NCRs in case of non-compliance.
• Participate with PM staff in assessing Concession Requests and Field Design Changes
as submitted by Contractor.
