Preparing the weekly and monthly reports for the Project Activates
and compare with the time schedule.
Solve all illustrated problems during Preparation to the Project

Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control
Plans on the site.
Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure correct
implementation of project guidelines, contracts and other related
procedures.
Preparing and Designs implementation strategies including t-raining,
monitoring and improving of quality standards and performance.
Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and
ensure compliance with Contract requirements
Check for Method Statements for construction works at site.
Follow the Diaphragms wall Works and reports at site and submit to
1e consultant.
Record and classify all quality documents for all The Project.
Preparing the weekly and monthly reports for the Project Inspections
nd participating in the Execution.
Following up the work at site and solve all illustrated problems during
Preparation to the Project.
Checking with the Technical office all the shop Drawing works for the
Segment and Rebar Factories.
Preparing l.T.P for All Related Items related to concrete Works during
Execution of the Tunnels.
Check for Method Statements for construction works at site.
Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and
Sadat City -Egypt\}.
* Review the Contract documents for each Construction Package in
respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the
Contracts Manager of any deficiency.
* Review QA/QC site organization, key personnel CVs as submitted by
the Contractors and advises the Project Director/Manager.
* Review QA/QC Procedures and Document Control as submitted by the
Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract
requirements.
* attend all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC
procedure in respect of the format signed off by Contractor’s QA/QC
Manager.
* Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its
compliance with approved materials and specification.
* Closely monitor site activities and fully coordinate with PM discipline
engineers on a daily basis issuing NCRs in case of non-compliance.
* Participate with PM staff in assessing Concession Requests and Field
Design Changes as submitted by Contractor.
Assuring of architectural operational drawings exultance with
construction drawings.
