Follow the works at site and ensure it was done as specs.
Record and classify all documents for all The Project.
Preparing the weekly and monthly reports for the Project Activates
and compare with the time schedule.

 Building the Quality system for QA/QC and Laboratory at site.

• Check and Review the Contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of
QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager of any deficiency.
• Ensure that all quality procedures and Quality Plan procedures are implemented in site.
• Review QA/QC and Implemented Procedures and Document Control as submitted by the
sub-Contractors and ensure implementation complies with Contract requirements in
respect of the format signed off by Contractors QA/QC Manager.
