• Identifying, supporting and delivering business process improvement opportunities and facilitating subsequent change management activities
• Lead in the creation, development and implementation of business processes, policies and procedures:
o Managing changes to achieve the highest levels of efficiency, control and compliance
o Identifying the root of business problems and creating strong and rational business cases for change/no action
o Preparing detailed documentation; process diagrams, reports and presentations
o Working closely with IT to implement process automation
o Providing detailed and on-going training to support process change across all departments and all levels
• Plan, develop and conduct training for all departments across Sanipex Group both in the UAE and the UK:
o Training sessions are often tailored to each audience
o Training methods include ‘classroom’ training, demonstrations, meetings and workshops
o Develop training manuals, web based training and other materials as required
o Request feedback from keys users to determine training requirements
o Follow up within 3 months post-training to ensure that processes are being correctly followed and standards maintained
• Plan, carry out and analyse Internal ISO Audits twice annually
• Facilitate annual External ISO Audit
• Ensure all ISO requirements are continually met so that re-certification is achieved:
o All Processes, Policies and Procedures up to date and accurate
o SMART Quality Objectives set and monitored for all departments
o All existing non-conformities and observations actioned and closed

• Supporting the Sales and Financial Risk teams by improving alignment and standard for forecasting/reporting throughout Electronic Arts.
