Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing good relation with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Customers included mainly ADNOC group of companies and main EPC’s in UAE.
Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Materials dealt with - CS & SS pipes, fittings, valves, structural items like hollow sections.
Floating RFQ’s to our various manufacturers and clarifying technical doubts.
Bid preparation and submission.
Execution of orders - Making PO’s and other related documents. Co-coordinating material delivery.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Project development and execution including design, procurement, fabrication, installation, hooking up and commissioning
To co-ordinate between various site supervisor and workers
To maintain proper documentation of all drawings
Spare parts data package documents compilation and review. Verification of material items, equipment & spare data identification.
Maintain professional and good relation with the clients for easy movement of work by getting work permits and drawings approved for construction on time.
Main Client was Qatar Petroleum. Projects included engineering, procurement, installation & construction of fuel storage tanks. Main mechanical engineering works included pipeline construction
