• Reports to Operations Manager/Project Manager
• Prepares Tender programme and Baseline/Construction programme for various projects (landscaping & pools, refurbishment works, interior fit-outs, civil works, buildings, villas)
• Coordinates with the Project Manager and other concerned personnel for the site requirement (procurement of materials, planning works, project progress, etc.)
• Updates project accomplishment in Primavera (P3/P6) and MS Project
• Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports (as per project requirement)
• Site visits for tender projects and on-going projects
• Calculates quantities for procurement and progress monitoring
• Supports/helps the estimation department for quantity take-off
•Reports to Senior Planning Engr./Project Manager for progress and delays
•Prepares daily, weekly progress report, monthly progress report and productivity report
•Updates project accomplishment in Primavera
•Analyze project expenses against budget
•Prepares, monitors, and reconciles change orders or additional works
•Reports production forecasts every month
•Monitors and evaluates planned vs actual expenses
•Coordinates and reconciles actual production with subcontractor
•Coordinates with Quantity Engineer on progress accomplishment of activities
•Monitors and updates equipment utilization hrs. and man-hours.
•Assist in preparation and computation of claims
•Assist in the preparation of budget
•Prepares cost-to-complete
•Checks and records all project payables
•Coordinates and reconciles actual progress with subcontractor
