Main Duties :)
• Use an integrated system (approach) to monitor and improve construction control to Monitor on-site crews, Monitor on-site machines and equipment, Manage on-site material delivery and Prepare look-ahead.
• During the construction cycle working on Prepare detailed shop-drawings, Generate detailed material take off quantities, Prepare 4D BIM model for planning uses, Track design changes during the construction cycle and Track on-site progress status
• Coordinate with Planning department to prepare proper LAP (Look-ahead Planning) by Identify and analyze the construction constraints, Create construction workflow sequence, Create a detailed work plan, Identify look-ahead schedules (workable backlog activities) and Match construction workflow with capacity
• Coordinate with Commercial Department to prepare claims for the CAI’s (Contract Administrator’s Instructions) by identifying the affected shop drawings and quantities for the items need to be demolished or added.
• Coordinate with Engineering Department to prepare the:
o Foreseen clashing reports for MEP systems to create free clashes coordination shop drawings.
o Overlap all the disciplines (Concrete structural, Steel structural, MEP, and Architectural) to secure a free clashes and coordinated Architectural and Steel structural shop drawings.
o Create construction drawings from 3D models for the complicated areas (Cinema, Food court and Skylights).
Main Duties:
• Architectural BIM works Team Leading and Projects Coordination
• 3D Modeling and Coordination of the Engineering Systems According to the Project Drawings and Specifications, Using Bentley Microstation Triforma
• Preparing Architectural & Infrastructure Projects database (Library) for Microstation Triforma, According to CSI Master Format or RICS NRM Standards.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities for Multi-discipline large Scale Projects According to CSI (Construction Standards Institute) Master format, or RICS New Rules of Measurement Standards, Including Infrastructure, Roads, Residential Building, and landscape.
Projects (Team work):
• Lusail Commercial Boulevard/Infrastructure, Doha - Qatar-(LCB)
• Dukhan Expressway/Infrastructure, Doha - Qatar-(DHP)
• Development for Muscat International Airport-Oman-(DMIA)
• Abu Dhabi Plazza Project-Astana, Kazakhstan-(ADP)
• AL-Muntazah Center Project, Sharm Sheikh - Egypt
• Presidential Palace - Abu Dhabi in 2011
Main Duties :)
• Update progress on weekly for Quantities and 3-D Graphical reports for whole project’s disciplines (Utilities, Main Carriage Way, Service Roads, Temporary Accesses, Structural works, Bridges...etc.)
• Coordination with construction team, QS and surveying regarding the Subcontractors executed works (i.e. Quantity calculation for excavation Bills)
• Coordination with Engineering about the foreseen clashing in some areas/systems.
• Preparing presentation for the Consultant/Client and CCC visitors.
• Other BIM related assignment and duties instructed by Project Management
