Working on my own as Freelance Translator Spanish / English. Making any kind of Documents translations also on Oil & Gas Projects on jobsite, etc. All regarding with translations.
Project: Cryogenic Rafael Urdaneta PDVSA GAS. Falcon State, Venezuela. Coordinate whole pipe and fitting associated with sandblasting, spools fabrication & weld on jobsite for Phase Balance of Plant (B.O.P.) in the Construction of the Cryogenic Plant.

• Anticipates and plans crew staffing needs (rotation reliefs, replacements, etc.) by maintaining a close liaison with ships' masters, crew members and the Port Office. Maintains accurate vacation/rotation schedules. Ensures proper files are maintained on qualified candidates for relief positions to facilitate timely response to staffing needs, both unexpected and planned. Maintains contact and liaison with sister institutions in the research community as well as other marine operators and schools. Reports to the Director of Ship Operations. Responsible for all crew staffing for the Institution's research vessels and for enforcing relevant employment and Human Resources policies and procedures effecting marine personnel. Liaison and major point of contact with masters, crew, Payroll and Human Resources. Plans and prepares long-range and short-range crew schedules.

Analyst of Departments: Technical Management (SAP), Operations (SAP), Administrative (SAP), Supporting to the Commercial Dept. At the last 6 years as Planner/ Programmer of Personnel at Sea (Crew Members) in the Department of Embarks & Disembarks. Falcon & Amazonas States.
I was contracted as Manager of Vessels Operations (Dry Cargo & Teus)
I was contracted as Materials Coordinator. And assigned to Chevron USA in Houston Texas and New Orleans Louisiana, where they were fabricating 3 platforms, two in Houston (Brown & Root and Delta) and one in New Orleans ( Dickson) . Platforms we made the precommission to them in the USA, later were sent to Venezuela as well as me, to the Maracaibo's Lake for the commission and start up of the platforms.
My responsibilities began as Ship Agent, later Octanes I was named Operations Manager (Dry Cargo & Teus) in which had to coordinate all the movements of the ships arrived at port in order to load/unload and make all the connections for the next port of call, etc.

Contracted as Materials Coordinator to this shutdown. It was a complete repair of this plant and my responsibilities were similar to the mentioned work down.

I was contracted as Materials Supervisor, for this project, ordered to supervise all arrived material to the project as much it buys the premises as it buys extracted and its respective inventory to determine its acceptance or rejection of themself. Ordered to supervise all given material to the different assigned contractors from the project. Ordered to supervise all the tasks assigned to the different groups in the laydown yard (7 groups)

I began as Clerk for the Pipelines Department, soon after I was promoted as Materials Dispatcher for the same department and Electrical Department.
Work as Computer Assistant. Operations in general of a pdp 11/70. Under operating system rsx 11 ms. Generating reports for the different department assigned to the project.
I just got study up to 2 semester, due to family lack of money, so I had to start to work to survive
