Coordinates and guides a research group for understanding the chemistry of additives applied in controlling shale instability using Water based Drilling fluids (Polyamines used in High Performance DF).
Manage and oversees the drilling fluid program while drilling of a pilot Well in Baghewala India (PDVSA-ONGC Agreement).
Determined how Iron ore abrasion is reduced by elastomeric polymer adsorption in Oil Based drilling fluids.
Participated in the training Program “Drilling and Well Engineering”, May 24th to November 13th 2007. ONGC, India.
Participated in proprietary patent examination by confirming the synthesis of FMI and Iron-FMI zeolites without template and, solving the issues related to the claims of the draft document (US Patent7041244 issued in 2006).
Applied Simultaneous Thermal Analysis - STA (TGA/DSC) to characterize materials. (Rubbers, Cement additives, Drilling fluids Additives)
