• Processing export & import cargo documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse staff with built plan to build the cargo as required by Airline
• Ensuring compliance of Regulatory Bodies e.g. HSE, CAA and HMRC/ Border force are adhered to.
• Separate and distribute cargo documents according to airline requirements
• Liaise and interact with the Transport division to ensure all airline customers trucking requirements are satisfied within agreed time frames.
• Conduct tracing activity and any other relevant action following short/over shipments of documents/cargo

• Ensuring quick and efficient dealings with all AOG/AXA and time-sensitive shipments.
• Using all airline systems - ABS, BA80, NCTS, Cargo Spot, Smart Cargo,
• Responsible for checking Dangerous Goods / Pharmaceutical / AVI checks as per IATA.
• Create T1 for export trucks.
• Maintain high level of customer service
• Undertake any other duties as required by management

• Successfully overseeing all Computer operations, Production controlling, Job scheduling and Networking to over 2000 users.
• Responsible for Master Console and monitoring of network using VTAM, NCP lines, RJE stations along with OMEGAMON, NETMASTER, MVS and Z/OS.
• Strong background in data processing with emphasis on monitoring and maintaining multiple production, online and test systems in an Z/OS environment
• Monitor and execute batch cycles and maintain priorities on local and remote systems to ensure successful completions.
• Monitor and support TSO, COMPLETP, TCPIP, RIO users.
• Enter commands, using computer terminal, and activate controls on computer and peripheral equipment to integrate and operate equipment.
• Maintain Sysplex environment within a HMC platform.

• Correct basic JCL syntax errors and space problems.

• Provide support for Disaster recovery testing.

• Scanning and linking customer’s signatures on the system.
• Update and manage customer profile such as Saving account, Joint account, Minor account, POA and Corporate account.
• Handle Loan Storage Department.
• Provide loan documents upon request internally to various departments as per bank procedures.
• Train the new employees and supervisor them.
• Coordinating and provide loan files to internal and central bank auditors.
• Preparing Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly statistics of Active and Closed loan account.
• Answering different queries/issues received from various areas of the Bank.
