, Ensures that the consultants and contractors are aware of the expected deliverables and the process though which drawings are submitted, tested and accepted.

, Document and report technical deviations and inconsistencies on the drawings received from consultants/contractors.

, Makes sure that all uncertainties find their way to closure. He is also responsible for conducting demos on the data conversion subsystem and respond to queries from consultants and contractors.

Provide wide range of support activities for InfoGraph customers especially in ArcGIS and ArcSDE installation, troubleshooting and maintenance and managing enterprise geodatabase implemented by ORACLE or SQL Server 2000 /2005 Under both MS Windows and UNIX environments.

Building/updating tables, views, functions and stored procedures.

Providing advice to applications programmers in the effective use of database languages; advises on Troubleshooting, Exception processing needs and other data management issues.

Managing database backups. Installing, Maintaining, And upgrading database software. Restoring and/or recovering data as required.

Translating object/data models into appropriate DB schema within a set of constraints and Policies (e.g. consistency, security, ownership).

Designing the entity relation diagrams for a normalized database related to development Projects.

Preparing Reports using SQL Server 2005 Reporting services.

Implementation of PS-ECC (Electronic Check Clearing) system in Jordan

Track customer's requests, updates, deliverables and their deadlines.

Accompany the trainer in his visits to the university departments that need support

Maintenance tasks (pc’s Formatting, installing windows, Setup printers…).
