• Administer Honeywell’s Enterprise Building Integration, Johnson Control’s Metasys and Distech Controls ensuring graphical representation of data monitored and controlled are changing or responding accordingly.
• Ensure alarm and trip status of PMU’s, UPS, MDB’s, MCC’s, Lifts and other equipment monitored reflects on the graphics & alarm logs accurately.
• Re-commissioning of systems network communication from Main or Point Server to its field controllers and devices.
• Identify and rectify faults, undertaking remedial works and service checks on control systems to support the effective and efficient delivery of PM and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure that BMS maintenance procedures are carried out to the standards detailed in the specific service schedules.

• Perform High Density Plasma Etching Machines troubleshooting, repair and calibration.
• Responsible for changing equipment spare parts, pumps (high pressure vacuum pumps, booster pumps, turbo molecular pumps), valves, o-rings, gauges, cylinders, elbows & pipings.
• Maintain good time discipline in cleaning spare parts thru Ultrasonic Booth with added liquid chemicals (HCL) to ensure proper removal of by-products.
• Maintain proper procedure of daily checking gas chemical leakage from the equipment & pipings using leak detector sensors, gauge reading & calibration and high vacuum pump running time.
• Maintain High Temperature Stripper Equipment plus Ozone Asher, changing high temperature pumps, dc motors, conveyor rings, and rinsing units.
• Conduct periodic and non-periodic equipment preventive maintenance.
• Calibrates robot arm using specified calibration tools with keen eye to its measurement details from transfer chamber and cassette stations. Teach and test robot’s movement in every angle where accuracy and perfection is highly required.
• Supports process engineers analyzing root cause of Mura defects of the products due to chemical gas reaction exposed from a damaged insulation of shields, by-product particles, improper rinsing of the solution used for cleaning, pressure pump failures and other instances like unfixed screws that leads to corrosion during exposure of high-density plasma.
• Operates overhead crane effectively lifting heavy parts of the equipment like the electrodes and robot arms.
• Analyze equipment errors and visualize common cause for equipment improvisation.
• Evaluates process and alarm history to narrow and isolate easily the problem to cut machine downtime during troubleshooting.
• Enforce good work disciplines, safety and housekeeping through strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
