Review and Monitoring of implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP, method statements and reporting deviations from the management system and contractual requirements of the project.
Preparation of Method Statements, ITP, PQR, Material Submittals and relevant document submittals.
Preparing inspection & test reports of completed inspections & tests.
Conducted inspection of Fit-up, Welding, Alignment, Assembly and Erection of Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Welding, Insulation and Refractory works ensuring that execution is done according to approve drawings and all tests required by specification and standards had been carried out and met.
Generate QA/QC Reports and Documents and submit to client on timely manner.
Managing and overseeing phases of construction projects up to commissioning completion, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
Planning and organizing manpower, materials and manpower distribution.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
Coordinate with Project Manager and QA Manager with regards to activities of the project.
Supervise daily activities and evaluate the performance of QC Inspectors.
Review project specification / code requirements and its implementation.
Oversee the overall implementation of the Project Quality Plan and act as the Project Quality Management Representative.
Coordinate with Project Management, Production Shop, Engineering Department, and other Department in the implementation of Project Quality Plan.
Responsible for the preparation and submittal of Manufacturer's Data Report to Customer after Project completion.
Participate in the disposition of nonconforming items reported by QC Inspector.
Implementation of Quality Control Procedures on materials and workmanship and supervising construction activities using Quality Control Procedures, Operative Instructions, Work Methods and Quality Control Forms for approval of construction materials and inspection of Contractor's Works.
Check piping spool, tank and pressure vessel fabrication based on approved isometric drawings, tanks and vessel fabrication / assembly drawing, bill of material and applicable codes.
Ensure correct installation of piping and mechanical equipment based on approved drawings and P&ID.
Conduct alignment check and oversee leak / pressure testing and re-instatement check.
Conduct actual inspection of materials, equipment to conform to reference standards and specification.
Ensure welding works are carried-out in accordance with the approved WPS and that welding consumables are correctly used and properly stored and ensure that all NDE requirements are met.
Primary responsibilities are to provide Engineering and Technical Support, analyze and resolve technical problems with innovative solutions which address root cause and prevention of reoccurrence. Assists in project execution such as project cost estimating, project management, planning, project monitoring and control, project technical supervision, quality control implementation, preparation of quotations, project proposals and technical reports, project site coordination and preparation of daily Work Progress Reports(Gantt Chart).
