o Implementing a global TELCO service for the first « Anywhere Any Device » legal music service dedicated to Arab music
o Building and tuning the global digital offer (web, mobile application) to become the « spotify » like leader music service in the Arab world. Three languages: French, English, Arabic
o Setting up the first premium MENA Digital Advertising network (more than 60 websites, 15 million UVs) based on Rich Media formats (footer, push down…) and innovative metrics
o Opening and managing 5 countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon) including more than 20 people (IT, Marketing, Sales Dept.)
o Designing a unique process and workflow based on « state of the art » technology (clouding…)
