-Carry out quality service in reconditioning compressor parts particularly valves, pressure packings, and piston rods. Mostly used for oil refineries, air compressors and water compressors. Carry out from inspection, dismantling, machining and to assembly and test of each component. Covers all areas including machining of sub-components such as piston rings, bushings, seats and guard of a valve, using both conventional and CNC machines and ensure to meet engineering specifications, using calibrated measuring instruments.
- Performs set up and preparation of machine cutting tools according to the required specifications, arrange and inspect of product during operation.do adjustments, monitoring and replacement of machine cutting tools to ensure good quality product.conducts inspection of machine before and after the operaton.Do inspection and housekeeping of work area and machine periphery. Trains and assist operators to operate the machine and to perform above mentioned tasks.
-Perform in house service repair on tool and die thru replacement,
fabrications and repair of parts and maintain functional use of spare-parts such as die plates and punchers thru re-sharpening and functional use. Do adjustments, design change and fabrication of tool and die needed to improve and quality products and -perform preventive maintenance of machines and equipments. Guide and assist, operators in die setting in press machine until it is qualified. Perform some other production jobs assigned by supervisor such as;shearing, bending, roll forming, punching and welding tasks.

Do adjustments, design change and fabrication of tool and die needed to improve and quality products and perform preventive maintenance of machines and equipments. Monitoring and implementing safety working standard.
-Performs in house repair and troubleshoot of Plastic injection mold die sets, fabricates parts as per drawing. Do inspection of incoming spare part and die sets. Performs preventive maintenance of plastic injection mold die sets, machines and equipments
