• Check the availability of parts in stock (oracle system)
• Guide the workshop to avail the right part no. and create duty filled in Spare Parts Request Form.
• Create/Post demand in system and issue the parts in job card after entering in IV book.
• Communicate with Parts team for the easy availability of parts from sweihan and contract 529.
• Cooperate and communicate with Parts team in process of parts issuing and documentation.
• Physical verification of stock with respect to RFQ, RV, Delivery Note, Invoice and maintaining the workshop Parts Inventory as per the Oracle Stock.
• Create RFQ, based on spare parts request form from workshop.
• Guide and assist the workshop for the parts specification and part nos.
• Fax the RFQ to ISC and update the status in the system.
• Update the quotation received date in system and submit for officers approval.
• Verify the delivery date and do follow up on status of arrival ( parts as well as documents).
• Communicate with officers, Parts and workshop team regarding the status.
• Update the details to accountant 529 with relevant documents.
• Continuously update status of RFQ in the system.
• Responsible for stock receivable in ORACLE (RV) and physical verification of stock transfer.
• Monitor and audit activities.
