Implementation, monitoring, recording and control of all training aspects
Management of power plant's technical training program for operations and maintenance. These include from planning, development, implementation, review and maintenance.
Designs and conceptualizes training programs for all operations and maintenance employees
Preparations of employee performance analysis records for appraisal and other performance management purposes
Management of the Training Section consisting of technical trainers, publishing staff and various training equipments such as computers, and plant simulators.
Preparations of the station's annual training budget to be approved by the station head
Coordinates with department managers and section superintendents to clarify and evaluate employee performance result in correspond with the implemented training.
Reviews and verify all training results from trainers and assure trainers quality performance and competencies
