Conducts daily safety inspections & ensure that Occupational Health and Safety systems are enforced.
Daily visits the work places & give Awareness about all HSE related issues to all Employees.
Conducting periodical audits to ensure the effective implementation of Health and safety environmental management system.
Participate in the project HSE committee routinely throughout the entire course of the project to ensure safety objectives are to being met.
To conduct risk analysis for assessing the potential accidents/incidents and health hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
Conduct planned inspections & corrects any unsafe acts that observe and recorded accordingly.
Manual handling risks assessment and trainings carried out for all employees as per the manual handling operations and pertinent regulation.
To ensure the Emergency Preparedness & Response Procedures.
To Conduct HSE & PTW audits with clients.
• Co-ordination of the company's in-house HSE communication meetings and periodic HSE plans, data, implementation and audits.
• Involved in the Health, Safety & Environment Awareness presentations/talks preceding daily operations.
• Active participation in Company's emergency response simulation as a part of the emergency response team, which involves emergency drills and scenario simulation. Keeping up to date with all new legislation & development in H&S and advising the business of any changes.
To ensure that Dangerous material are correctly handled/stored.
To inspect and test machinery and equipments, such as lifting and moving devices,
etc & ensure they meet safety rules & regulations.
Report any abnormality or dangerous conditions immediately.
Maintain records and generate periodical reports of accidents, near misses and unsafe work conditions and take necessary steps to prevent such other potential unwanted incidents in the future.
