Submitting tenders and RFPs, updating leave schedules, meeting clients and advertise the company, booking flight tickets, managing visa requests, managing the office supplies and petty cash, arranging meetings and conferences, updating CRM forms, organising events, making sure the office is up to Gensler standards and the employees are getting their required trainings.
Managing the drivers, arranging transportation for guests, booking travel requests also approving them, managing the office supplies and the petty cash, receiving incoming calls and transferring them to the required department/person, arranging Schengen visa appointments, creating POs, whenever the company has any event or gathering I organise it.
Taking care of the guests, checking-in and checking-out, taking care of the VIP guests, writing daily report, analysing guest reviews, up-selling, enrolling guests to loyalty program.
