• Focused on developing the Asian Market as well as increasing sales in Dubai particularly with Far Eastern clients.
• Managed a team with 13 members and generated 400 million dirhams sales in 15 months where March and April is top gun throughout the whole sales team.
• Worked at our Head Office focusing on the China market, working with agents from Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
1. Managing and responsible for sales team daily activities.
2. Co-ordinate with admin, accountant and artwork department regarding database, payment and artwork etc.
3. Check mailing list on monthly basis.
4. Involved in setting the sales budget and lead the sales team to achieve the monthly target.
5. Responsible for organize the sales territories.
6. Responsible to meet the deadlines of all the artworks and payment etc.
7. Report to director Ian & Sandra on regular basis.
8. Training team members use CRM (Goldmine) and all the other tools correctly.
9. Conduct weekly and monthly meeting for sales review and consistently supervise, coaching and motivating, help team to achieve higher goal.
10. Conduct Job interviews as and when required.
11. Sales training for new and old members.
12. Sell ad space in MEPE, APE & METT by making telephone calls. Incase of local territory - fixing appointments and visiting clients.
13. Prospecting with the help of the internet and other magazines.
14. Initiate new calls to generate leads and follow up with existing clients to advertise.
15. Mock up of all 3 magazines.
16. Co-ordinate with the accounts department & chase payments on a regular basis.
17. Representing company at big exhibitions worldwide, such like Conexpo in USA, Brazil export, Bauma China, Bauma Germany, Big 5 etc
