Reporting to the Overall QA/QC Manager
Monitoring and implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP & method statements and reporting deviations from management system / contractual requirements of the projects.
Verifying that all necessary inspections and tests, as required of the project and statutory regulations, are carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained.
Coordinating quality activities with subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be working on the same site.
Coordination with clients / third party, in accordance with approved ITP, for agreed witness inspections & tests.
Ensuring close-out of all snags / punch-points within the time frame agreed with the client.
Reviewing and performing material receiving inspection as per company and client requirements, applicable standards / specifications etc.
Performing assigned in-process and final products inspection and tests.
Monitor Installation of equipment such as, Pumps, Motors, Skids, Valves, Vessels, Compressors, Fired Heaters, Auxiliary Equipment, and Packaged Equipment in plant construction, etc.
Preparing inspection & test reports of completed inspections & tests.
Ensuring all equipment’s, tools and materials meet with the project quality requirements and that personnel have been adequately trained to use them safely.
Identification of non-calibrated equipment’s and informing Subcontractor QC for expediting arrangements with Calibration agencies for timely calibration of the equipment’s.
Liaison with client representative concerning quality matters on site.
Issue Non-conformance report (NCR), Log book Entry (LBE) and Proactive notifications to the subcontractors, suppliers for any constructing activities or defects against quality requirements as mentioned in the Project Quality Plan.
Coordinate and attend meetings, walkthroughs with the client(owner) for the QA/QC concerns.
Monitoring and coordination with Preservation Lead of the company for the quality conformance of all the equipments at site until the commissioning.
To be conversant with the company QHSE procedures & policies and ensure that all the people on the site observe and implement them.
Identifying near miss and nonconformities in materials, products, processes, procedures and reporting the near miss / nonconformities in the near miss / nonconformity report.
Verification of implementation of corrective & preventive actions against the nonconformities and reporting results to line managers.
Preparation of final quality dossiers and maintaining backups of completed quality dossiers.
Submitting weekly report and requested information / statistics to QC Manager.
Liaison with QAQC Manager for all aspects of quality.

• Monitoring activities on construction site like installation of equipments, grouting, pre alignment, parallelism and final alignment preparations.
• Responsible for inspection of rotating equipments final alignment.
• Inspection of preliminary coupling alignment and Ensuring shims are in accordance with codes and standards.
• Inspection of alignment of all rotating equipment, Centrifugal Pump, Reciprocating Pump, Centrifugal compressor, Fin fan cooler, Blower and packing units.
• Issue RFI documents including site quality plans, inspection test plans and work procedure for the Petrorabigh inspection.
• Performing the inspection, testing, qualification test assemblies and supervising/monitoring prior to offering the inspection on client.
• Checking the mechanical equipments, accessories/supports as per codes and process standard specifications for MRI.
• Implementing the approved quality plans, manuals, drawings, scope of work to perform the required inspection.
• Joining walkthrough meetings conducted by the PMT to discuss the issues of preservation.
• Calibrations of tools used for the inspection are verified for validity.
• Checking and signing log sheets for preservation of rotating and static equipments which are installed at site.
• Clear the comments of the walkthrough of PMT if any available and report to the PMT and Contractor.

• Study the drawing for the work execution.
• Scheduling the work for everyday production.
• Support the procurement for the material requirements and their quality.
• Supervising the work progress for quality and quantity.
• Safety considered as a first measure at the site.
• Complete execution of plumbing and firefighting for the industrial buildings near the gate.
• Installation of HVAC systems, ducting and insulation for the buildings.
• The materials and equipments are inspected before and after installation.
• • Giving approval for site inspection of preliminary coupling alignment and final alignment are within the tolerance as per codes and standards.
• Conducting inspection of all rotating equipment, Centrifugal Pump, Reciprocating Pump, Centrifugal compressor, Fin fan cooler, Blower.
• Designated Mechanical QC for rotating and stationary equipments in Power Generation.
• Review RFI documents including site quality plans, inspection test plans and work procedure for the R2IPP inspection.
• Maintenance, spare parts management for the installed equipments.
• Follow the ISO and IMS procedures for the quality of the procedures.
• Checking the mechanical equipments, accessories/supports as per codes and process standard specifications.
• Mechanical Equipment handled include Hydraulic Pump, Lube Oil Auxiliary Pump, Cooling Condenser Pump, Water Cooling System, Turbine, Generator, Boiler.
• Calibrations of tools used for the inspection are verified for validity.
• Implementing the approved quality plans, manuals, drawings, scope of work to perform the required inspection.

• Designated Mechanical Inspector for rotating and stationary equipment in Gas and chemical Lines.
• Preparing RFI documents including site quality plans, inspection test plans, work procedure for the Saudi Aramco inspection.
• Witness performance and testing of procedure qualification test assemblies, supervise these activities.
• Checking the mechanical equipments, accessories/supports as per codes and process standard specifications.
• Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals, drawings, scope of work to perform the required inspection.
• Calibrations of tools used for the inspection are verified for validity.
• Safety considered as a major measure at the site.

• Analyze the drawings and preparation of erection plan.
• Scheduling the work for daily production.
• Coordinate with other MEP engineers for any coincidence.
• Troubleshooting and solution making for best results.
• Analyzing lifting plans for the Package units to be installed.
• Inspection of the ducts and fittings to follow SMACNA and ASHRAE standards.
• Managing the complete workforce at the site for more production within minimum timeframe.
• Power terminations and Testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of all equipments.
