• Responsible, by Project Manager, for implementing the whole scope of Site Works from mobilization to acceptance by Client.
• Responsible for deciding the Construction Methodology
• Takes immediately all necessary actions and decisions to ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance on Site.
• Responsible for managing the risks and opportunities on Site, giving consideration to the Schedule, Quality and cost constraints imposed by the Contract.
• Ensured that any deviations from contractual conditions are escalated to the Project Manager as needed.
• Prepared all site variance orders(VO’s).
• Site execution strategy based on an in-depth knowledge of the contract, develops and implements with the Project Manager the strategy for execution of Site Works in order to achieve the project goals.
• Preparation the estimation of material resources and manpower resources and submit to project manager for execution of the site.
• Organized the Site Team and ensure that each team member has clearly defined roles and responsibilities, interfaces are clearly defined and employees are trained and empowered to carry out their job and build the team spirit.
• Optimizes resources between various sites.
• Lead and manage the team to ensure quality and safety standards, are followed achieving the progress within the time schedule.
• Ensured that the team has the right level of skill to perform their responsibilities and built the team spirit.
• Reviewing Project Progress as per Scope followed by Weekly/Monthly reporting to the Stakeholders.
• Supervising the Project Activities. Evaluation of Change Orders submitted by sub-contractors.
• Co-ordination with the Contractors regarding the day-to-day activities.
• Preparation of Payment Certificate as per percentage of work followed by submission for approval to the Client.
• Review Specification Work procedure as per the SEC Standard and other relevant Quality Control document in relation to the ongoing item of work.
• Review drawings and its submission for approval.
• Presiding over the Weekly Co-ordination and Technical Meetings with the Stakeholders (Client, Consultants and the Contractor).
• Preparation of Project Reports; Daily Report, 3 Weeks ahead Schedule, Construction Schedule and Monthly Accomplishment Reports.
• Hold meeting with engineers and foreman’s on daily basis and take report on daily progress .
• Interact/Advise/Direct technical reference data and instruction to Sub-Contractor and ensure that they are implemented

• Submitting R F I to the Consultant and obtaining approval as per the Drawing and Specifications.
• Submitting R M I to the consultant and obtaining approval as per the Material Approval List and in according with the Specification.
• Monitor the implementation of Quality control plan, review RFIs in compliance with contractual requirements and completeness, control their issue, revision and adjudication on their interpretation.
• Review documents for compliance, co-ordinate transmission and recording of all construction requests to office for design clarification, and for the transmission and recording of field changes
• Preparing of ITP’s and methods statement for all civil activities meeting the contractors standard and safety.
• Preparation of material submittals for approval from the SEC and consultants
• Coordinating with Contractor regarding day to day work.
• Routine daily Inspection of Site Work which involves Steel Reinforcement for Mat Foundation, Columns, Beams, Slabs, RCC Walls, Fire Walls for Transformer Foundation, Auxiliary Transformer Foundation, Duct Bank, Cable Trenches, Stair Case. Etc. and Finishing Works which includes Shuttering Works, Block Work, Plaster Work, Water Proofing, Tiles, Painting Works, Precast Boundary Wall, Walk Ways, Asphalt Road, etc. before summiting RFI to Consultant.
• Preparation and updating NCR log, Concrete crushing log, material submittal log
• Generation of 3 Week ahead Schedule as per the current progress of work, preparation of daily site report and weekly report for each item of work with percentage of completion.
• Review specification work procedure as per the SEC Standards and other relevant quality control document in relation to on-going item of work.
• Presiding over the Weekly Co-ordination and Technical Meetings with the Consultant and Saudi Electricity Company
• Having good knowledge of the SEC standards, and follow with the procedure for civil

Project : Residential Villas, Hypermarkets
Description : KAPSARC PROJECT, Riyadh

• Co-ordination with the Contractors regarding the day-to-day activities.
• Inspection of Site Work which involves Steel Reinforcement for Mat Foundation, Columns, Beams, Slabs, RCC Walls, Foundation, Duct Bank, Road works, Asphalting works, Cable Trenches, Stair Case...etc and Finishing Works which includes Shuttering Works, Block Work, Plaster Work, Water Proofing, Tiles, Painting Works, Precast Hollow core slabs, TT beams Slabs, Boundary Wall, Walk Ways, Asphalt Road, etc before submitting RFI to Consultant.
• Supervision of 21 Residential Villas of KAPSARC .
• Performing field supervision to ensure that work is done in accordance with approved drawing. Coordinate with contractor regarding day to day work. Issue site query to the contractor regarding specific work. Conforming to the approved drawing or related document.
• Checking Steel Placement, Concrete Casting of Mat Foundation, Columns, Beams, Slabs and Stair Case as per design and drawing as well as Curing of Concrete.
• Preparation of Bar Bending schedule, Bills of Quantity for each item.
• Generate Daily Site Report.

• Supervised High Rise Building Construction Works including cast in situ slabs, brick works, shuttering works, plastering works mosaic works tiles fitting, door and window fitting
• Checked steel placement, concrete casting of mat foundation, columns, beams, slab and stair case as per design and drawing as well as curing concrete
• Supervised construction of pavement, earth work, backfilling works, setting out of curves, laboratory tests, fields tests and quality control of construction material
• Coordinate to all project concern, fabricator, supplier, installer and subcontractor
