Job Responsibilities:
• Report to Head of IT & Systems
• IT Asset Administration and Service Delivery
• Training Desk Support Officer
• Executive User Support for Senior Management Employees
• Executive Support (24/7) to C-Level Management
• Configuration & trouble-shooting of systems either through on-site or virtual support.
• User Acceptance Testing and evaluation of new technology (Lync, Front Arena, Windows 7, Network Monitoring)
• 24/7 remote support for remote sites (i.e. Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Qatar)
• Executive task execution which are of High priority and sensitive.
• Daily incident tracker reporting for Quality Assurance & Training
• Handling Helpdesk calls round the clock (24/7)
• Handling helpdesk Dispatch to isolate the user issue to correct engineer
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications to users.
• Top level escalation as per agreed IT policies.
