• Ensure proper monitoring and maintenance of all substation equipments like Transformer, PFI, VCB, ATS and Stabilizer by prepare maintenance schedule and taking feedback according to schedule.
• Prepare individual electric bill of 11KV meter of different project from main 33KV meter to separate total project power consumption cost.
• Ensure proper maintenance of DG by preparing daily, weekly, monthly maintenance schedule and taking feedback. Also take data of any run time abnormalities and take necessary action.
• Ensure proper monitoring of Online UPS by analyzing running status data.
• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of motor and also ensure proper protection and reduce power consumption of motor by connecting different protecting device and equipments.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance and protection of Monoethylene glycol brine chiller (Daikin) Operated BMS controlled HVAC system.
• Provide technical leadership & direction on all Operation, maintenance and Troubleshooting of Electrical and Controlled system equipments issue .
• Minimize downtime on equipments, through fast response and priority setting with area supervision .
• Preparation of SOP for all new Installed equipments and Machines.
• Preparation of Preventive maintenance Schedule and report format and ensure the Preventive Maintenance.
• To co-ordinate with WZPDCL for all electrical approvals and check the entire work as according to approved drawings.
• To co-ordinate and follow up with Commercial and Engineering store Department to ensure the proper supply of equipments in right time .
• Selection and Design of different type of PID Controller and sensors according to requirements of machine control system .
• Ensure proper protection, proper earthing for every critical and sophisticate equipments.
• To co-ordinate with QC Department for maintain the GMP standard ETP plant.
• Prepare training manual and training schedule to improve the working accuracy and quality of subordinate.
• Perform any other job assigned by the management .
