• Reviewing of structural and architectural drawings and making queries before execution and consulting with the
design department for taking early solution to avoid any delay in execution.
• Prepares material takeoffs on assigned contract, project, or program from engineering drawings, plans, and
specifications. Reviews takeoffs prepared by others to check for completeness, appropriate definition, and accuracy.
•Cost Reconciliation Report (CVR) and Earn value management (EVM)
• Preparation of cost proposal for the client for initiation of the new project.
• Developing budget BOQ to track project cost and cost control.
• Preparation of cost analyses for checking BOQ Prices.
• Preparation of all material demands of the Project prior to starting any activity to make sure material is available on
time.
• Work with the working capital team to ensure disputed invoices are settled and payments are made at the earliest
time.
• Actively involved in preparing cost estimates and assessing in the preparation of the monthly invoices.
• Perform regular reviews of contractors' and suppliers’ monthly payment applications and statements at completion,
and prepare necessary payment certificates.
• Reviews contract documents to access contract risk and significant exposure to estimated cost if potential risks are
experienced. Assigns reasonable maximum cost and schedule exposure resulting from potential risks.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Preparation of work order agreements to hire sub-contractor to sublet work including finalizing terms and conditions
in coordination with Management.
• Preparation of purchase order of project material for procurement.
• Preparation of final evaluation requests and submission to Client including verification of actual work done.
• Preparation of change order/variation order according to change in design, additional scope or any instruction by
client in addition to the original scope of work.
