Project Description:

Job Description:
 Managing all the above-mentioned work starting from A to Z Claiming, negotiation, contract and inspection, and final payment.
 Responsible for claiming, negotiating, variation, and overall cost for the project.
 Maintaining record for the modification in design and checking effect on the cost of the project.
 Attending and getting approval of inspection with authorities (ADNOC higher management, Municipality, Civil Defense and FANR)
 Implementing the project programs on-site in an organized and cost-effective manner in accordance with the approved design, quality standards, and within agreed time frames
 Discuss the requirements of the particular project with clients, consultant and produce work to show to the client before proceeding with the project, and applying the best specialist construction techniques to win the client.
 Recognize, report, and solve problems in a creative, positive, and constructive way and make recommendations for improvements in systems, procedures, and policies
 Providing effective supervision to all ongoing construction activities by being familiar with all areas of the project, such as structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing, security, HVAC and Fire alarm & firefighting drawings, and deadlines.
 allocating and managing resources and materials to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
 Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
 Attending daily the project site in order to monitor the progress of works, identifying the existing problems & providing support, guidance & appropriate solutions to the team through the application of sound engineering standards
 completing all work in line with project Values and in accordance with the Project Quality Systems and Project Quality Procedures and project budget.
 Preparing the method statement, ITP, checklist QCP and ensure tests, controls, inspections, etc. are carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans, MS, health and safety plan, and risk plan.
 Responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities at a construction site and ensuring that construction projects are carried out on time and within budget in a safe and quality-oriented manner.
 Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and manpower reports.

Job Description:
 Developing and setting all standards for inspection and testing on all procedures and to monitor all testing methods and maintaining high-quality standards for all processes.
 Developing a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
 Checking contractors & suppliers set out & work (inspection of all activities), including compliance with contracts specifications & ensuring that contractors & suppliers comply with their work plans to complete work within the specified scope of work, time frame & budget.
 Attending daily the project site in order to monitor the progress of works, identify the existing problems & provide support, guidance & appropriate solutions to the Contractor through the application of sound engineering standards in consultation with the RE.
 reviewing the project closeout, testing & commissioning process, snagging / de-snagging, and hand over of the project by the Contractor
 Check, verify & approve the interim payments submitted by the contractor(s) & submit detailed reports to the RE
 Checking the quality and workmanship of each activity, accurate knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction, interference in multi-disciplinary processes related to civil, architectural, and MEP discipline.
 Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
 Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality
 Manage to lift of all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule.
 Ensures safe, economic, and technically sound decisions are taken to meet the project's requirements and Company’s business objectives.
 Experience in understanding and executing Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Security, fire alarm and firefighting, and air compressor works.
 Reviewing constructed quantities on site and calculation sheets submitted by contractors for preparing quantity surveying status reports, reviewing and certifying contractors, Interim payment certificates, reviewing final payment certificates, reviewing contractor claims, Monthly Reports, and Negative & Positive Variation values. Explain the complete scope of work to the Contractor and manage to execute the within the period of time with the limited budget.
 Serve as a technical expert with recognized authority in an area of specialization that resolves problems of greater scope and complexity as needed.
 Ensures safe, economic, and technically sound decisions are taken to meet the projects requirements and Company’s business objectives

 Review the client-supplied documents, the scope of work analyses drawings and specifications, and prior to execution of any jobs to avoid repeated work.
 Make comparison quantity between approved drawings & IFC drawings to indicate change order (escalation quantity).
 Preparing and getting approval of all Necessary QA/QC and Office Documentation related to the Quality Control Work.
 Attend all Inspections with Consultant and Client and Check for all Quality-Related Procedures on the Site and Ensure Activity at the Site are as Per the Approved Method Statement, Drawing, Materials, and Specifications.
 Making of Bar Bending Schedule.
 Supervising, Execution, Guiding, and Monitoring Sub Contractors, Formans & Supervisor with Specific Activities within a Project Area and Make Sure that they are Aware of Schedule, Productivity, Weekly Target, and Scope of Work & Ensure Targets is met on Daily Basis for all Activities at Site.
 To Ensure Labors assigned as per Work Requirements and within Budget to Avoid the Delay the progress and maintaining the cost of the project.
 Preparing and getting approval of SMB from the Consultant or Client Representative in Preparation and Submission of Interim Payment Certificate.
 Preparing and getting approval of Monthly Valuation/Interim Payments Certificates (Earthwork, Asphalt, Structural, Architectural, Electrical and mechanical works).
 Responsible to Certify the Actual Works Quantities on Site of Subcontractor's (Excavation, Termite Control, Water Proofing, Scaffolding, Shuttering, all Types of Steel & Concrete, Block Work, Plaster, external & internal Paint, Tile Work, Granite Works, Gypsum Board Ceiling, Sandwich panel, Roof Water Proofing System, Cladding, Curtain Wall, Back Filling (Sand & Base Course), Asphalt, Road Marking, Interlock, Curb Stone, Railing, Doors), Third Party (All Type of Test) and Supplier Billing, Maintaining Payment Register for each Sub-Contractor, Submitting to Finance Departments and Follow up with Finance for Sub Contractor's Payments (After Approval of RFI).
 Coordinate with the Third-Party Laboratory, Reports Checking & Maintain Invoices and Record of FDT Reports, Concrete Cylinder Test Report, and Slump Test & Temperature and Push Them to Issue the Report in Time.
 Coordinate with Electro-Mechanical to Avoid Repetition and delay of Work.
 Preparing of Project Quality Status Report at the end of the Month.
 To Identify and Prepare all Claims for Extension of Time and Additional Expense in Conjunction with the Project Manager.
 Attending daily and Weekly Internal Coordination meetings and Discussing the Problems Related to the Construction Project & Contractual Matters with Preparation of Minutes for the Management Records.
