• Prepare actual reporting and analysis of Managerial P&L focusing on the export markets of MiddleEast.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales and cost.
• Responsible for preparing sales, profit, and expenses budgeting and forecast processes.
• Support the commercial team with insightful analysis to improve sales allocation and results.
• Coordinate and supervise with the hub (accounting team) the proper bookkeeping and allocation of sales deductions, rebates and investments.

• Responsibility is to provide financial accounting support across all sectors (O&G, M&M, Infrastructure and Power).
• Responsible to ensure transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed, and supported in accordance with company policies and controls. Responsible for maintaining cash flow on weekly basis.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly; identify & resolve issues timely. Responsible for supervision accounts payable team.
• Report on intercompany balances and transactions, including billings, consolidation eliminations, intercompany recharges and reconciliations.
• Responsible for review of VAT entries and reconciliation that support VAT returns for 4 entities. Responsible for review VAT implications on all the AR and AP invoices for 4 entities. Responsible to liaison with VAT legal advisor in case of any queries.
• Meeting corporate deadlines for monthly closing and reconciliations, preliminary review and analysis of the trial balance.
• Responsible for preparation of annual financial statements and audit process.
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Working closely with multiple finance teams and liaising with other internal stakeholders (e.g. local project teams) and external stakeholders (e.g. corporate, auditors) with the aim to support and develop great relationships.
•Took the lead role and managed other members of the team for full cycle closing process including accurate and timely financial reporting, internal and external audit support for the 18 international entities. Total Net worth of these entities was more than US$ 7bn with the annual turnover well over US$ 2bn. Provided effective training sessions for the team members and efficiently delegated tax and accounting tasks for them to take ownership and responsibility. This has assured us to work together as a successful team. I have positioned myself as a first hand help desk for any clarifications to bridge their knowledge gaps.
•Responsible for the trend analysis & review of financial analysis of US, Asian and European entities of Halliburton, in accordance with US-GAAP standards maintained in SAP.
•Business accounting, financial management, budgeting and variance analysis for 18 local/international entities

• Excellent working knowledge and experience of SAP and other accounting software especially MS Excel for financial modeling, sound working experience of SAP Financial and SAP MM (Material Management) module and HCM (Human Recourse Management). Proficient in working in a computer based environment.

- Preparation of annual, half yearly and quarterly financial statements.
