• Development/Monitoring of site safety indicators (KPI’s) on monthly basis and recommendations to improve safety performance
• Coordinate & Conduct HSE orientation programs for Contractors and Visitors
• Lead meetings with Contractors during ATA’s to ensure close monitoring & compliance to HSE policy
• Lead investigations in process safety incidents and implementation of recommended actions.
• Quality monitoring of Incident Investigations and RCA’s through IRRC forum.
• Preparation of Incident and Injury Analysis for FFL site on bi-yearly basis.
• Lead and Conduct Mock Emergency Response Drills on weekly and Quarterly basis.
• Prepare and issue daily/monthly HS&E Performance reports
• Conduct & Coordinate Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) of critical activities in day-to-day business for whole FFL site.
• Motivate & educate site personnel for honest & immediate reporting of all incidents
• Support or leads hazard identification exercises
• Coordination with Corporate HSE for International Projects & other Group Operations
• Conduct PSM internal audits & follow up to fulfill the gaps and preparation for the external audits by DuPont to achieve Level-3 certification
• Development of weekly & monthly HSE statistic and follow up of HSE incidents RCA’s actions close out.
• Development of MSA’s (Management Safety Audits) Plan’s for FFL site on monthly basis and coordination and follow up for recommendations closure.
• Technical monitoring and Emergency Handling of plant operations.
• Development of plant daily and monthly operating strategy to maximize plant production and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Optimization of process parameters for increase in production, decrease in losses and improvement in product quality.
• Plant startups, shutdowns and emergencies handling.
• Training of other engineers and shift staff to implement Process Safety Management Program
• Ensure compliance of company’s HSE policy and Quality Management System
• Preparation of Daily Performance Reports
• Supervision of operations staff, manage their assignments & working hours and lead them to accomplish tasks.
• Turnarounds planning and working experience.
• Working on DCS Centum VP Yokogawa for process supervision & control the normal plant operation along with emergencies, tuning a valve & regulatory points, suggesting the logic block to impose any needful interlocking.
• Incident Investigation and RCA of operational upsets and PSI’s.
