1) Issue jobs available to technicians who have the required skill level.
2) Issue work in order to achieve promised time.
3) Communicate any and all changes that affect a vehicle to the concerned person or department (e.g. completion time, parts shortage, extra work, warranty refusal, etc.
4) Accurately and timely post all resources to the job card in Oracle including labour, oils, Ac gas, bought out materials and sublet work.
5) Accurately and timely check warranty job cards to ensure diagnostic codes and repair descriptions are accurately added to the job card.
6) Monitor technician’s performance, productivity and efficiencies on a daily and weekly basis.
7)Update Job Control Board, Quality Control report, Repeat Repair and Back Job reports, and DOC reports on a daily and weekly basis.
