At GRCL I am responsible for Tender Planning and Project Planning, scheduling, resource loading/management, progress updates and relevant reporting of various project for major Rail, Civils and DNO companies by using Primavera P6.
Creating estimates with quantity lists and prices.

Construction of a Gold Mine in Certej, Hunedoara County, Romania with the major shareholder Eldorado Gold (http://www.eldoradogold.com/assets/europe/projects/certej/) which involves: Modifying the existing pit, Erection of tailings facilities(Embankments), Utilities, Roads and the Process Plant.
▪My principle role in this company is Planning Engineer. I use Primavera P6 or MS Project depending by the contractor. I use those programs to plan the works for each contract.
▪I plan activities with relationship between them, roles, resources and cost.
▪I maintain contact with each contractor to receive weekly reports of the status of their works to be able myself to update the Plan and create reports for my Project Manager.
▪I supervise carefully each milestone or each critical activity and report to the Project Manager.
▪I am able to create any kind of reports: red line progress reports, earned value reports, cost and labour reports.
▪I am able to re-plan a schedule witch has delays, level resources, create roles, supervise budgeted cost with actual costs.
Beside this, I have other roles depending of the tasks of each day:
▪Maintain contact with the designer, verify drawings, list of quantities and costs.
▪Prepare documentation for permitting.
▪Prepare documentation for biding, compare offers, award contract.
▪If needed, drawing or modify drawings in AutoCad / Tekla Structures.
▪Prepare estimates for the construction works realised on our own.
Setting out and Supervising teams of 5-15 people and equipment for different activities on site: Site clearance, Deforestations, Earth levelling, Foundations, Roads rehabilitation, Old buildings rehabilitation, Demolitions, Steel structures erection, Power supply (water, energy), Drainages.
