Senior MEP Engineer

.* Review and comment /approve all technical related documents /drawings of MEP/HVAC activities. * Ensure that the design and construction practices of all projects within the jurisdiction of TRAKHEES meets the design requirements established in local regulations and international standards. * MEP/HVAC services organization by preparing standard submission requirements and check lists as necessary by implementing the latest available standards/technologies. * Review all the related MEP/HVAC services submissions and issue comments /approval. * Ensure abidance with building codes and other technical standards in the engineering drawings; ensure the compliance of TRAKHEES regulations and design guidelines. * Respond to queries raised by different consultants/contractors related to technical matters and advise the immediate supervisor wherever is necessary. * Participate in the development/update the related design guidelines and regulations as per the need of operation. * Communicate. Liaise and Co-ordinate with the internal sections and external clients towards the raised problems and proposed solutions. * Maintain reporting and database in efficient way as per TRAKHEES CED policy.

Mechanical Engineer and Supervisor.
• Prepare all documents and permit to work inside TAKREER refinery, ADCO, GASCO Pipeline Network division and close supervision for the work on the site.
• Follow up the Schedule (e.g. Look ahead plans, Probability Charts etc)
• Resource loading & distribution.
• Efficiency Reports (Based on Mhr(man hour), EqHr(equipment hour), Resource Distribution etc)
• Maintain quality as per company standard.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications and Safety requirements.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting including Project Slippage Reporting.
• Update the Plan according to actual progress on project.
• Monitoring Progress resources and duration wise.
• To provide guidance and technical assistance to subcontractors (i.e. Civil work contractor, Erector Contractor, Fabricator Contractor & Electrical Contractors)
• To work closely with Contractor and Client: to expedite the activities properly
