 Introduce and anchor staff training program to ensure personnel are adequately trained for the task they are due to perform.
 Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures. Perform and record routine safety inspection on equipment and work sites and ensure that the fleet conforms to all health, safety and environment rules and regulations to minimize any danger or accidents.

Diagnosing and trouble shooting of problem and faults on trucks and articulated vehicles.
Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports on trucks and recommend repairs where necessary to the management for prompt action.
 Provide report on workshop activities and vehicle conditions to the management.
File record of all repairs and inspections in each truck file
Supervise all workshop staff activities and allocation of daily work to technicians i.e. mechanics, auto-electricians, welders, panel beaters and vulcanizers and to ensures speedy completion of jobs to meet the company target.
Organize Mechanic and electrician for prompt recovery of road breakdowns.
