I'm working at Bank Audi Syria from 01/01/2009 till today, as Collection & Recovery Team Leader with the following authorities & responsibilities:
Distributing the unpaid data to Collection & Recovery Officers to be as monthly target.
Site visits to unreachable and high buckets clients.
Assessing the performance of C&R unit and Regional C&R Officers.
Sending Normal SMS to clients with insufficient funds as well as Demand SMS to clients with unpaid dues.
Preparing of Weekly, Monthly & Yearly collection reports.
Helping with credit history for Consumer Landing decisions.
Team management (task distribution, annual evaluation, ….)
Analyzing Data, studies, statistics, and preparing monthly and annual reports (Debt ratio, debt receivable, debt response ratio etc…) also full in charge for establishing debt collection agency as a new project in Syriatel.
responsible for Roaming fraud control team.
Responsible for debt collection in Damascus City and preparing Targets, work plan collection strategies and preparing collection reports, full supervision and leading the collection Team.
Answering calls, solving customers problems, Coordination with other departments (Switch - Credit & Collection).
I was responsible for all receivable money from all restaurants or Bars
